We shipped a 20ft container from Canada to Ireland under the guidance of Damien at Mason Transport. Moving is always stressful, unless you deal with someone who cares about his clients the way Damien does. He handled everything from start to finish in a relaxed but totally professional manner, took care of everything from paperwork to delivery and pickup of our container. He even advised us as to what we could do ourselves to keep the cost reasonable. He was available by phone or email whenever we had a question or concern. Mason has handled our relocation exceptionally well. Dave was great at keeping in contact and answering the many, many questions we had about all things shipping. We managed to bring our car and a ton of other items from Australia to home. It was such a huge endeavour for us but Dave made it feel like it was nothing to worry about - and he was so right! Even down to the 2-3 hour unpacking time at the Dublin end (I was convinced it would take us days!).Darren, the driver for the container was an absolute superstar, he helped us out while we unpacked, a total legend of a man he was just amazing. Dave and Damien can provide real advice - not what you want to hear or need to hear to get your business, they know how to do things and were outstanding and doing their job. 100% recommend them - I know what it's like trying to decide but these guys are the most genuine down to earth relocates we've dealt with.
